With 18 years of playing experience and 6 years of teaching, Charles specialises in helping students make meaningful progress every week. His teaching style is calm, supportive and structured around what you want to achieve — from learning chords to improvisation and songwriting
Charles has performed and studied a wide range of genres, including rock, pop, folk, punk, jazz, funk, and Latin. He brings versatility into his lessons, helping students discover new ideas, broaden their musical vocabulary and develop their own voice.
Growing up with a stutter, Charles knows how powerful music can be in helping people express themselves. That experience shapes the way he teaches today: patient, encouraging and focused on making students feel confident and capable.
